"This home is absolutely fantastic. The level of quality and the owner's attention to detail make it a top notch rental. our party of 8 ranged in age from 6 to 67 and fun was had by all. From fly fishing in the Blue River right out the back door to a quick hike to Lake Dillon to the hot tub and roasting marshmallows to drinking morning coffee on the back porch... it was all perfect. Location is central with easy access to Breck, Frisco, and even Vail. We would love to make a return trip and stay here again."
"This property exceeded all expectations. We used it as a retreat/getaway for our Bible study group and there was plenty of parking, the property is not in a neighborhood so we didn't have to worry about bothering other people, the Blue River was a stone's throw away, the hot tub was hot when we arrived, and the hot water was always hot. Love the openness between the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The large kitchen never seemed crammed when more than a few people wanted to come in and help prepare meals or hang out. We've rented a lot of places over the years, and I'd say if there was one that we'd return to, it'd hands down be this one... Overall a 5-star property for sure, everyone had a lot of fun!"

"We hosted our intimate wedding and many of our wedding guests at this home and it was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so in love with the rustic charm of this 'cabin'. It was great to be able to play music over the speakers, the kitchen was big enough to feed lots of people and the master bedroom is amazingly comfortable and cozy. There was enough parking for people but the church on the frontage road also let us park there if we had needed it..."
"The house is wonderful and so comfortable for everyone who stayed here and attended the wedding. The guests who stayed at the house spent most of the time in the hammocks and the hot tub. We had 90 wedding guests and held both the ceremony and reception on the property. The location is really between Breckenridge and Frisco and is perfect if you are looking for something more secluded but close to both. The caterer and Summit County private chef cooked everything in the house kitchen and grill and said it was ideal. We had a 40x40 tent with a dance floor in the meadow, which could have fit a much larger tent for larger events. Just as an FYI...The property is definitely rustic and natural, which is what we loved about it. So if you are ok with natural terrain (bumps, divots, uneven ground) then this will work. If you are looking for something more manicured, it might not be the best fit. The river gave a perfect back drop for the entire event. We ended the night roasting marshmallows at the bonfire. All of our guests were very impressed with everything. I would definitely recommend this home as an event venue or just time with family and friends. I can't wait to celebrate some anniversaries here!"
